Several years ago, I finally swallowed my pride and began paying for in-person golf lessons with a golf pro. That came after fruitless years of reading books, online tips and listening to friends. When I started taking the lessons, I saw an immediate improvement. This is when I really made the jump from novice to intermediate player. Unfortunately, I was swept up in the economic crunch just as many others were. I was forced to tighten my budget, and while I didn’t have to cut out golf entirely, I did have to get rid of the lessons. That’s when I turned my attention to golf video tips. I am impressed with how much I’ve been able to learn from these golf video tips. It’s not a direct replacement, but it will do until I can expand the budget.

I was never a real believer in the idea that you could learn anything useful from golf video tips, but I recently watched a DVD from a friend of mine, and I quickly changed my tune. I never really thought about using computers to improve my golf swing, but a lot of the pros use golf swing analyzer programs to monitor their stroke and make tweaks. I bought this golf video last month, and I’ve watched it several times. I finally got my chance to try it out on the course yesterday, and the results are spectacular.
